Wrap-Up and Where Do We Go from Here?

Wow! Here we are, the final day of the challenge. It’s been a fast and furious thirty days filled with tips, tricks, and encouragement. I know you are feeling braver and more and more bulletproof by now. Thanks for coming with me on this journey and discovering how you can withstand difficult times with a brave mindset.

Looking back, we’ve covered a lot of content. The first week we learned if you’re afraid, you’re normal! Be sure to take a moment to refresh yourself and re-read that powerful post. You also learned that Heroes aren’t immune to fear.

I’m sure it helped tremendously to know that fear is part of being brave. You can feel fear and do some pretty brave things. Of course, eating right and exercising also make it easier to face fear and be bulletproof, right? Have you made changes in your diet and switched up your work out routines?

The second week, we dove a bit deeper and learned about power poses and mantras. Have you found a phrase or stance the works best for you? I am all about the Wonder Woman pose myself. We also got real about how our perspectives can change how we look at things and increase our bravery.

One of my favorite posts is Brave Actions- Taking Actions Every Day Builds Bravery. It helps me to know that I can do small things each day that build my stamina and bravery to some really incredible things. Have you started taking actions yourself? I’d love to hear about it.

What good news to hear that failure is part of the process. Bravery isn’t about winning; it’s about being willing to do whatever is necessary in the face of adversity and opposition, that’s why you’ve got to stand strong even if things don’t work out.

Now that you know that brave people build strong communities, I know you are plugging into the family, friends, and colleagues that can support you when you need it and that you’re returning the favor when someone else is in need.

Thank you for allowing me to help you be braver and build your bulletproof mindset. You are better equipped than ever to face difficult times. It’s been a pleasure to be your teacher and offer guidance, tools, and encouragement along the way.
